PIPES

PIPES

Students were asked to draw depth using pipes. Largest to smallest from foreground to back ground. Most enjoyed this project others found it challenging.
Students were also expected to show light through the shading of the pipes using pencil crayon. Marker was used in the back ground.

Extra Arts Graduating Class of 2014

I taught most of these girls since grade 9. They are a select group of students that started with me in  my first year of teaching and continued with me until graduating. I will always cherish the memories of these girls and many other students.
I wish you all the best in your future endeavours. I do hope you come back to visit or shoot me an email. I'll miss you all.

Mixed Media Drawing

Mixed Media Drawing

Skyla
Students chose and replicated images that filled the page with details, textures and colours. Then they added a shape and multiplied it in different sizes and overlaps. The composition of these shapes is important as they are sections where different mediums are used.  Students used pencil, pencil crayon, pen and some chose water colour as an option.
